Shipping policy

HANDLING TIME

We strive to get orders shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Items ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, Monday – Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or any USPS holidays. Please also check for additional information in your product description, we do occasionally offer pre-sale merchandise, as well as specialty or Limited Edition Items that are made to order, that would have extended shipping timelines.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

DHL eCommerce Parcel Ground is our primary shipping method. Standard Economy (2-6 business days in the US and 10-30 days internationally once your item is packaged and shipped from the warehouse) not including weekends. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii take an additional 2-5 days. Tracking numbers are autogenerated via email when the label is printed, but movement may be delayed based on when scanning occurs. USPS is only shipping method available for U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, with varied shipping times. Tracking is not always available for these locations. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

The merchandise you order may be filled in multiple packages and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. Shipping to multiple addresses requires placing separate orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please note that most international shipments will incur additional charges (above & beyond the shipping charges). These charges are collected upon delivery and will include brokerage fees, import duties, taxes, etc. The brokerage charges are assessed by FedEx, but the duties and taxes are assessed by your country of residence. Every country and every shipment vary.

International shipments are subject to delays. They can be delayed by customs or quoted for a delivery time into the country and not necessarily to your location. When shipping internationally, allow an extra day or two for delivery to account for these possible delays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Federal Express International is our primary shipping method. FedEx International tracking is available for most destinations and an estimated delivery date is also available. For FedEx specific shipping information, please visit: FedEx Global Trade Manager. FedEx International Economy times vary by location. We ship FedEx International Ground to Canada Only.

IMPORT DUTIES, FEES, AND TAXES

All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. 

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work closely with our carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.

 

 

Return Policy

Return Policy

Our store is mostly Limited-Edition Merchandise and/or Original Art and can only be returned for store credit or exchange only.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No credits or exchanges after 7 business days upon receipt of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at info@shelbinicole.com. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your merchandise is received and inspected you will be issued a credit or sent the exchange merchandise you selected.

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in shipping. If you receive the wrong item, let us know and we will make it right!

Exchanges:
Most of our items are limited edition and/or limited quantities made and the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want before the limited quantities sell out, is to contact info@shelbinicole.com and initiate the exchange process quickly. Then place a NEW order for the item you want. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded any difference in cost on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 – 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
